Are there limits on scans or listings?
No. Every plan includes unlimited scans, listings and integrations.
Is the 50% price a promo that expires?
No. $64 and $24 are our standard prices, and your rate is locked for as long as you stay subscribed.
Do I need to buy your printer?
No. You don't need a recommended printer. Resale Champ works with the label printer you already have, so there's no hardware to buy.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export everything as a spreadsheet with photos, before or after you cancel.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Sign up and the trial starts straight away with every feature. Add a card in Billing whenever you are ready.
What happens when the trial ends?
With a card on file, the first payment is taken the minute the trial ends, for the users you have then. Without one, the account turns read-only: you can still sign in, view and export, and sales still take your other listings down. Add a card and you pick up where you left off.
How are extra users billed?
$24 USD a month for each user after the first, on the same invoice. Someone who joins mid-month is charged for the rest of that month from the day they join, and removing someone credits your next invoice. Invitations cost nothing until they are accepted, and during the trial every user is free.
Is sales tax included?
No. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable sales tax, which is added to your invoice where it applies.
What if a payment fails?
We retry the card for up to 14 days and everything keeps working meanwhile. If it still has not gone through, the account turns read-only, and paying the open invoice in Billing puts it back. If the invoice is still unpaid 30 days after the payment first failed, the subscription is cancelled.
