The problem

01

Listing eats the whole shift.

Photos, titles, descriptions and prices, times four marketplaces. One pallet quietly swallows a day that was meant to hold three.

A listing queue stalled at 34 of 180 units with most of the shift already gone
02

One sale. Four live listings.

It sells on one channel and stays live on the other three. Forty-one seconds later someone buys it again, and now you are refunding, apologizing and wearing the defect.

The same unit sold twice: once on eBay, then again on Whatnot
03

The same unit, typed four times.

Four forms, four taxonomies, four different words for the same scuff. Whatever the last person guessed becomes the condition the buyer receives.

One item entered into four marketplace forms with four different condition labels
04

Nobody can say what the load made.

Fees sit on one channel, shipping on another, labor nowhere at all. So the number you bid against next week is a feeling.

Oversell Guard

The moment an item sells anywhere, it's auto-delisted everywhere else. Never sell the same unit twice.

The flow

This is the whole job, end to end. Step through it and see what the system does, where it decides, and where you still do.

01 · Scan

Point your phone at it.

A barcode fills in the product on the spot. No barcode, no problem: a photo identifies it instead. Every match shows how sure it is, and correcting it takes one tap.

FAQs

Most teams are publishing on day one. You connect your channels, scan a few units to check the grading against your own eye, and go. There is no data migration and no implementation project, because nothing has to move out of your old spreadsheet for you to start.

It proposes a grade with a confidence score and the evidence it used, and a person approves it. On familiar categories the match rate sits around 98%, but the point is not that the model is never wrong. The point is that it drafts and you decide, so a bad call gets caught before the listing is live rather than after a return.

The unit is pulled from every other channel, usually inside a minute. Where a marketplace gives no sale signal, the unit is flagged and one tap on Confirm sold fans the delist out for you. Every publish, hold and delist is timestamped, so the guard is auditable rather than a promise.

eBay, Poshmark, Whatnot and Facebook Marketplace at launch, with Mercari, Depop, Etsy, Vinted, Shopify and Woo on the roadmap. Each listing is written for that marketplace's rules and condition language rather than copied across.

No. Intake, scanning, grading and approvals are mobile-first and built for someone standing in an aisle with gloves on. If your team can photograph a unit and shelve it, they can run this. The desk work is what disappears.

Landed costs are spread across the units in the load, and fees and shipping are tracked per channel as the sales land. Each load closes with a real net number and margin, which is the number you bid against next time.

Channel access uses each marketplace's own authorization flow, so we never hold your marketplace passwords. Buyer details are kept to the minimum needed to fulfil an order, access is scoped per role, and every action against a listing is logged.

Nothing stops. You keep listing and we reconcile on the next invoice, or we move you up a tier if that is cheaper for you. We would rather you kept working than hit a wall on a Friday afternoon.
