Most of setup is adding your warehouse and bins, inviting your team, and pairing the Chrome extension on the computer you list from. Supplier manifests come in as a CSV, so there is no data migration and nothing to retype before the first scan.
Your team does. The phone asks one question, what condition is it in, and one tap picks New, Like New, Used - Good, Used - Fair or For Parts. That answer is then written in each marketplace's own condition wording, so nobody has to translate it per site.
A sale is caught by eBay's own sale notice and order sync, a check of the marketplace's sold items, its sale email, or someone tapping Mark as sold. The item then comes down from your other marketplaces, eBay from our servers and the rest through the Chrome extension on your computer. The last unit is shielded from a second sale, and a takedown nobody has handled escalates at 30 seconds, 5 minutes and 30 minutes.
eBay, Whatnot, Grailed, Vinted, Facebook Marketplace and Poshmark are live. Mercari, Depop and Shopify are built and still being tested before they open. Each marketplace gets its own draft in its own condition language, and nothing posts until you have reviewed it.
No. The phone app is built for the intake line: pick the manifest, scan, photograph, tap a condition, choose a bin, save. It keeps scanning offline and catches up when the Wi-Fi is back. Reviewing and posting listings happens at the desk, in the browser.
Yes. Every item gets a 3×1 label the moment it is saved, printed through the normal print dialog or shared as a PDF. The template designer also does 4×2, 4×6 and 2.25×1.25, and exports ZPL, TSPL and ESC/POS for thermal printers.
The dashboard breaks intake down by member, vendor and hour, and anything flagged for review waits in its own queue. Every change is written to the audit log, and CSV export presets pull the same data into your own spreadsheet.
eBay connects through its official API, and every other marketplace through our Chrome extension using the sign-in already in your browser, so we never ask for your marketplace passwords. Access is split by role, with custom roles built from 27 permissions, and every change is logged.
