What ResaleChamp does

ResaleChamp is inventory and listing management software for sellers and their teams. Each item is scanned, photographed, graded and labelled once. From that single record the seller drafts a listing for each marketplace they sell on, reviews it, and publishes it. When the item sells on one marketplace, ResaleChamp ends the listing on the others so the same item is never sold twice.

Everything ResaleChampdoes on a marketplace, it does for the seller who connected it, on that seller's own account and listings, and only after the seller has authorized it.

How we connect to a marketplace

A workspace connects each marketplace in one of two ways:

• Through the marketplace's official API. Where a marketplace offers one (such as WooCommerce or Square), the seller authorizes ResaleChampon the marketplace's own consent page, or creates keys in that marketplace and gives them to us. The access tokens and keys are encrypted when we store them.
• Through the ResaleChamp Connector.Where a marketplace has no API for sellers (such as Whatnot or Facebook Marketplace), our Chrome extension works in the seller's own signed-in browser. Their sign-in stays in their browser and is never sent to us.

Either way, we never ask for or hold a marketplace password, and we receive only the data needed for the features the seller uses: their listings, inventory levels and sales. Our privacy policy describes this in full.
