How do live show holds work?
You add items to a show in Resale Champ and choose when the hold starts: 10 minutes, 1 hour or 1 day before, or now. At that point the items' listings on your other marketplaces are set to zero, or taken down where a marketplace keeps no count, and the Whatnot listing stays up. When the show ends they come back.
Does Resale Champ schedule my Whatnot show?
No. You schedule the stream on Whatnot's seller hub as usual, then make the matching show in Resale Champ and pick that stream. Resale Champ never creates anything on Whatnot by itself.
Can I bring in the inventory I already have on Whatnot?
Yes. Your Whatnot listings are read through the Chrome extension in your own signed-in browser and matched to your items, so nothing has to be listed again.
Why does Whatnot need a weight and a description?
Whatnot will not take a listing without a description, and it prices shipping from weight bands. Resale Champ uses the weight from intake and tells you before posting if the description is missing.
